Refund policy

1. If the client cancels the assignment within 48 Hours of Completion , The payment will be refunded minus the cost of recruitment of resources.

2. Our Software Development program is the feedback based. Clients will be asked for feedback on the project, if after the completion of the project by the said date the client asks for cancellation then no fee will be refunded.

If you are issued a refund, it should appear on your credit card statement within 7 to 10 Business days . Upon receiving your refund you must uninstall and stop using any software products for which you no longer posses a valid, purchased license. GSPT reserves the right to disable any product keys and/or serial numbers issued to you for the refunded products. Minimum charge 30% will be debited of the total cost occurred in completion of the assignment for orders above $200 USD. For rest it will be $99 USD as a minimum charge.
